Returns and Exchanges

Product return policies

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You can receive a return only for exchange of goods, no refund.

Shipping costs for exchange will be paid by the customer and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and traceability.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@akymo.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returned garments are inspected by AkyMO and must meet all parameters. AkyMO reserves the right to refuse your exchange/refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our return policy.

* Please view each item below. BASKETBALL.TEE  is not responsible for any problems with return requests (changes or refunds) not carried out according to the instructions.

** Please note: Gift Cards are non-refundable.

* If the return request is made after 14 days of receiving the order, AkyMO  reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

How to make a return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that meet the return parameters can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proceed by sending an email to info@akymo.store following these instructions:

  • In the subject line of the email, please indicate your order number (PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED ORDER NUMBER _______).

You will be contacted within 24/48 hours by our operator to resolve the problem.

(You will be responsible for shipping costs and must provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and tracking.)

* If the return request is made after 14 days of receiving the order, BASKET.TEE reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

When will I receive the replacement

Exchange deliveries take place within 6-10 working days from the day the AkyMO return is delivered Headquarter.

For more precise information about your exchange, you can send an email to the following address info@akymo.store indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the tracking code of the shipment you made.

Is the tracking link you were provided marked as "delivered" but not actually delivered?

First of all, check that the address you provided at checkout is correct. (You can check the order confirmation and shipping emails we send for each individual order)

If the address you provided at checkout is correct, try calling the post office closest to your home to make sure it was not delivered there by mistake or due to your lack of presence at home during the delivery phase . If they don't answer the phone, you can contact the postal services via email.

We remind you that it will be necessary to call the post office, or send an email, before writing to us as to ensure we can help you with the resolution of your problem we will need to have confirmation that it was a courier error.
